Services Purchased: Pink Pony Bachelorette agrees to provide the services ordered at the date and time listed on your invoice or invoices (“Services”). Bookings are not final until full payment is made and this Service Agreement has been signed. All invoices shall be incorporated into this Service Agreement as if fully set forth herein. In the event an invoice expressly conflicts with any provision in this Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall govern.

Service Area: Pink Pony Bachelorette operates within a designated service area (“Service Area”), encompassing the area bounded by Highway 51 (Piestewa) to the West, the Loop 101 Highway (Pima) to the East, Loop 202 Highway (Red Mountain) to the South, and Loop 101 (Pima) to the North. In the event that you are located outside of this Service Area or your location is changed after sharing it with us, an additional minimum travel fee of $150 may apply and/or your set up time may need to be changed. We will alert you within 24 hours of receiving your final location of any additional fees or changes to your set up time.

Arrival Time and Set Up: Our goal is to arrive early or promptly at the time indicated on your invoice. Decoration set up typically takes up to 2 hours to complete.

Integrity of Decorations: Pink Pony Bachelorette’s goal is to provide decorations that will result in an amazing reveal experience for your party by using high quality materials. Over the duration of your stay, decorations may fall, deflate, or otherwise deteriorate in quality.

Weather: In the event of a storm, wind or rain we ask that you put down all umbrellas and take in towels. For outdoor decorations, we use high quality materials, with that being said over your stay, wind and high temperatures may deflate, pop and/or balloons may oxidize due to the sun making them dull. Depending on time of year may spray Hi-Shine on the ballons. We will let you know if we use Hi-Shine to keep ballons looking shinning. NOTE: Hi-Shine can stain clothing if you or your clothing is touching the outdoor balloons. Pink Pony Bachelorette is not responsible for any damage clothing.

Packages Sent on Behalf of Client: Pink Pony Bachelorette is not responsible for any issues related to, or resulting from items you order and ship to us, including but not limited to shipment delays, damaged items, or missing packages or items.

Alcoholic Beverages: Decoration packages may include alcohol. You are solely responsible for ensuring all laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol are followed, including not serving alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. Where you provide alcohol to family, friends, guests, or third parties, you are solely responsible for any and all damages suffered as a result of providing alcohol to others to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium. You expressly release Pink Pony Bachelorette from any liability or claims as a result of damages associated with alcohol consumption during your stay. A copy of your photo ID (front and back) must be emailed to [email protected] before the commencement of Services.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by Client of the Services, a 50% cancellation fee applies. You will be refunded the remaining balance, less the cancellation fee, through the same payment method that was made when booking. If you need to reschedule to a new date, we will do our best to accommodate your new date so long as it is available. Additional fees may apply to rescheduled Services.

Breakdown and Cleanup: Pink Pony Bachelorette will break down the decorations between 7am - 11am on the morning of your departure. In some rare cases, we may need to do the break down the evening prior to your departure. We ask that you remove the pool floats from the pool to dry before we arrive. In an effort to reduce waste, please return any items that we may be able to reuse including table confetti, unused straws, napkins, decorations, etc.
